Due to remotely situated employees across 200+ support locations, CMS was looking for a technology solution which could help them to simplify the knowledge sharing and assessment process of the employees to assess their progress and knowledge skillset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online Assessment Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CMS defined question banks catering to different skill sets of employees at various levels.
